For the Cheltenham competition do we go by level stakes or by points given for 1st, 2nd,3rd & 4th? Let's get this party started! :lol:

What sort of pot entry fee do you think we should have mate? Want to make it interesting, but not prohibitive, I will start the bidding at £20 entry? Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place? Or just 1st and 2nd? What do you think Eagle?

Possible points suggestion:
Winner = 3 points (+2 bonus points if > 5/1)
2nd place = 2 points (+1 bonus point if > 10/1)
3rd place = 1 point

OR

We can just do it on total points earned (win and place) like we do on the board?

Either way is cool, I'm in.

Maybe we could do points if the Mullins favourites are excluded. Betting W/O in those races? Otherwise most people would just pick Mullins horses and points wouldn't work out so well.

£20 would be cool by me, but I understand if £10 is voted in ;) I would prefer the level stakes as its easy to monitor and players can go ew against the Mullins hotpots. First two sounds ok, 60% 40% or 70% 30% for prize fund. It all depends on how many are entering.

I'm happy with £10 T and whatever points / calculation system decided is absolutely fine by me, I am with the consensus view and happy to take part whatever way you guys decide to play it - count me in.

Just to make it interesting and well worth entering, I will add an additional £100 in prize money over and above the pot raised - I will send it through to Brian via paypal well before the start of the competition so he has it in safe keeping.

I am late for everything Eagle so setting it an hour later works for me ;)

Can't believe no-one has noticed that yet tbh, will get on to it!

Wow! Are you sure mate?! That will certainly add some excitement! :o
I do think that we will get a lot more entries at £10 if I'm honest so prob best sticking with that.
